Use of the AXIOS logo & certification mark
These rules govern how certified clients and partners may display the AXIOS certification mark and logo. They protect the integrity of certification and the trust it represents.
Ownership
All certificates and certification marks remain the property of AXIOS and shall be returned immediately on request.
Permitted use & prohibitions
A certified client may reproduce the certification mark / logo only as set out below.
✓ Permitted use
- ✓In brochures, websites, advertisements or other promotional media.
- ✓In the exact graphical form supplied by AXIOS — without redrawing or recolouring.
- ✓Together with the client’s name and certificate number.
- ✓Strictly within the certified scope.
✕ Prohibitions
- ✕Don’t use the mark on products, product packaging, test / inspection / calibration reports, or visitor cards.
- ✕Don’t imply that a product, process or service itself is certified.
- ✕Don’t suggest that activities outside the certified scope are covered.
- ✕Don’t use the mark in any way that could mislead, bring AXIOS or the certification system into disrepute, or erode public trust.
Changes to certification status
When certification is suspended or withdrawn, all use of the mark must cease immediately.
If the certified scope is reduced, all promotional material must be revised accordingly.
Accreditation-body logo
Where an Accreditation-Body (AB) logo is provided, it shall be reproduced only in conjunction with the AXIOS mark and in full compliance with all AB and IAF rules.
The AB logo shall never be larger or more prominent than the AXIOS mark.
Misuse & corrective action
Any misuse — including distortion, alteration, or misleading application — will result in corrective-action demands and may lead to suspension or withdrawal of certification, public notice of the breach, and, if necessary, legal action.
All non-conforming stationery, electronic media or marketing materials must be withdrawn from circulation at once.
Communication & awareness
The certified client shall ensure that this policy is communicated to all relevant personnel and that controls are in place to prevent improper or unapproved use.
Liability
Failure to comply with these rules renders the organization liable for any resulting claims, damages or costs incurred by AXIOS.
