Appeals & Complaints

AXIOS provides a formal process for receiving, reviewing, investigating, and resolving complaints and appeals.

Complaints may relate to AXIOS services, certified clients, certificate misuse, or service delivery. Appeals may relate to certification decisions.

All complaints and appeals are handled confidentially, impartially, and without discrimination, in line with ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015. Appeals are reviewed by personnel not involved in the original decision.

How to submit

Use the online Appeals & Complaints form. You will receive a reference number and an email confirmation, and AXIOS will keep you informed throughout the process.
